I bread the camembert twice with egg and breadcrumbs so that it doesn`t leak. Then I fry them in oil until they are golden brown.
For the sauce, the onions and cucumbers are chopped quite small. I mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, some milk and yoghurt dressing and the onions and cucumber. The sauce is then poured over the fried camembert.
French fries, croquettes or potato wedges go well with it.
