Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the mushrooms very well.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, eggs, oil and wine into a batter.
  3. Dip the mushrooms, drain them briefly and bake them in very hot fat until they are light brown, drain them and serve immediately.
  4. Serve with tartare sauce or Dutch sauce.
