Halve the chicken breast fillets (consisting of two halves each) and wrap each half in a slice of ham. Place side by side in a greased baking dish.
For the cheese sauce, dissolve the processed cheese in a little boiling milk and thicken slightly with flour. Season with cream and plenty of dill - the sauce must be thick and plentiful.
Pour the sauce over the breasts, sprinkle with the grated cheese and place in the oven.
Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 40 - 45 minutes.
Baguette tastes good with it.
Tip: For the Italian variation, simply use Gorgonzola instead of processed cheese and season with garlic instead of dill. Spaghetti also goes well with it.
