- Brown the chicken breast fillets in the oil on both sides. Put in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
- Finely dice the onion, finely chop the garlic and place in the pan you used with the diced ham. Fry everything.
- Brush the mushrooms, cut into quarters or slices, add to the pan and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the cheese and creme fraiche, let it warm up, season with paprika powder and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- It goes well with ribbon noodles or rice.
