Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s) (frozen or fresh), 4 pieces
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 200 g processed cheese, (herbs or mushrooms)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken breast fillets in the oil on both sides. Put in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely dice the onion, finely chop the garlic and place in the pan you used with the diced ham. Fry everything.
  3. Brush the mushrooms, cut into quarters or slices, add to the pan and fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese and creme fraiche, let it warm up, season with paprika powder and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  5. It goes well with ribbon noodles or rice.
