  • 1 glass asparagus, or fresh asparagus (in season)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce, homemade or ready-made

Instructions

  1. Place the fillets in a baking dish, cut the asparagus into pieces and spread over the fillets.
  2. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the mug of cream and pour over it.
  3. Cook the whole thing in the oven at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes (45 minutes if the fillets are still frozen).
  4. An aromatic rice and a crunchy salad or broccoli go very well with it.
