Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillet (s)
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth, instant
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 150 g cheese (semi-hard cheese) with herbs
  • 75 g parmesan, rated
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper, remove. Deglaze the frying fat with 200 ml of water and cream, bring to the boil, stir in the chicken broth.
  2. Pour the sauce into a baking dish and place the fillets in the mold. Spread the cream cheese on the fillets. Chop some basil and sprinkle over the meat. Place the herb cheese on top and sprinkle the parmesan on top.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
