Ingredients

  • 4 small chicken breast fillet (s), skinless
  • 2 leek stick (s)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 150 g cheese, mild, rated
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken fillet in hot oil on both sides, depending on the strength (if it seems too thick, cut through once beforehand), season with salt, pepper and place in a baking dish. Sauté the cleaned leek cut into rings in the remaining oil and add to the meat.
  2. Mix the whipped cream with creme fraiche, tomato paste, curry, a little salt and pepper and pour over. Spread the grated cheese (e.g. Gouda) on top and bake in a preheated oven at 155 ° for about 15 minutes - the cheese should be well melted, but not brown.
  3. Boiled potatoes or pasta and of course a salad taste great as a side dish.
