Pre-cook the potatoes and asparagus in salted water. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan with oil, season with salt, paprika powder and nutmeg, then place in a baking dish.
Then fry the bacon cut into small cubes and the coarsely chopped onions in the oil from the meat and add the garlic after about 3 minutes (so that it does not burn). Then add this to the meat in the mold.
Cut the potatoes and asparagus into bite-sized pieces and also place in the baking dish. Mix everything carefully.
Now put the cream, hollandaise sauce, breadcrumbs, cheese and eggs in a bowl and season with salt, paprika powder and nutmeg. Whisk everything well with a whisk. If the sauce is too thick, you can stretch it with water or broth.
Now put the sauce in the baking dish and carefully mix everything together. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
