Ingredients
- 600 g asparaus, white, sticks as thick as possible
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar, finest
- 25 g butter
- sea-salt

- Peel the asparagus and cut off any dried ends. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (convection).
- Place the sticks next to each other in a flat, ovenproof dish, season sparingly with sea salt and sprinkle with the sugar, then cover with flakes of butter and close the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Cook the wrapped asparagus in the hot oven on the lowest rack for 50 minutes.
- The asparagus is wonderfully firm to the bite and still juicy, but it is not as watery as with the conventional cooking method. In addition, there is no mishap in the form of sticks that cannot be removed cleanly from the asparagus cooking grid. In any case, he cooks more relaxed for the cook.
