  1. Thanks to TRND`s market research, I got the Toppits steamer bags. I thought about what I usually rarely prepare because it takes too long, and came up with baked feta. It`s not in any of the recipe booklets, but it was worth a try and it works wonderfully.
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices, the half bell pepper into strips, also cut the tomatoes into slices and core and finely chop the chilli pepper.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of water in the bag. Spread half of the onions on the bottom of the bag (there`s a defined bottom!). Sprinkle the sheep`s cheese with chilli pieces and herbs, place the pepper strips on top, stack the tomato slices on top and cover with the remaining onions. Finally, add a little pepper and olive oil (possibly a little salt), put the pile in the bag and seal the bag. Balance in the microwave and rotate at 800 W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
  4. Put everything on a plate, serve two fresh rolls and one person has a light dinner or two an appetizing starter.
