Ingredients
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 3 small tomato (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (to taste)
- some herbs, mixed, e.g. Italian herbs or herbs from Provence
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Thanks to TRND`s market research, I got the Toppits steamer bags. I thought about what I usually rarely prepare because it takes too long, and came up with baked feta. It`s not in any of the recipe booklets, but it was worth a try and it works wonderfully.
- Cut the onion into thin slices, the half bell pepper into strips, also cut the tomatoes into slices and core and finely chop the chilli pepper.
- Put 2 tablespoons of water in the bag. Spread half of the onions on the bottom of the bag (there`s a defined bottom!). Sprinkle the sheep`s cheese with chilli pieces and herbs, place the pepper strips on top, stack the tomato slices on top and cover with the remaining onions. Finally, add a little pepper and olive oil (possibly a little salt), put the pile in the bag and seal the bag. Balance in the microwave and rotate at 800 W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Put everything on a plate, serve two fresh rolls and one person has a light dinner or two an appetizing starter.
