Take the feta out of the packaging and cut into bite-sized pieces. I often split it lengthways so that it is not so thick. First turn in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Gladly also twice. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the feta for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
In the meantime, wash the lamb`s lettuce, cut the vegetables into small pieces and mix everything in a bowl. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and plenty of honey and pour over the salad.
Put the salad on the plates and serve the feta on top. Optionally decorate with herbs, sprouts, etc.
