Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, feta and garlic into slices. Place the slices of feta next to each other with a small gap on a baking tray, distribute the vegetables and garlic evenly over them. Pour plenty of oil over them.
Bake for 20 - 50 minutes at 180 ° C (preferably upper and lower heat) until the vegetables are relatively soft and the feta has turned golden brown in some places.
I always serve baguette and a mixed salad with it. The vegetables can be varied as required.
