Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish, cut into pieces and drizzle with lemon.
  2. Mix the tomato paste with the egg yolks and the cream. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, season well with salt, pepper, paprika and Italian herbs. Put the fish in the sauce and stir. Put everything in a greased baking dish, cover with cheese and spread a few pieces of butter on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes.
