Beat eggs in a soup plate. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic granules and whisk everything together. Put the breadcrumbs in a separate flat plate.
Turn the meat loaf first in the egg mixture, then turn in the breadcrumbs so that each slice is well breaded. Now place the slices on a baking sheet.
Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Turn once in between.

Tip: Mix the remaining egg mixture with the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. It also tastes very good and you don`t have to just throw away the rest.
