Instructions

  1. Soak the oat flakes with the almond milk and some water for at least half an hour.
  2. Mix the egg in a bowl with the cornstarch and, if necessary, sugar / sweetener. Then mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the bowl with the oatmeal. If you want, you can add cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
  3. Pour the mass into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes until a beautiful golden brown color can be seen and the mass no longer wobbles.
  4. Take out of the oven and let cool down a bit. I like to spread cream cheese or yogurt on the whole thing. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. In terms of consistency, it is like a solid oatmeal, you can eat it easily with a fork.
