Cut the strawberries into small pieces and grease a small baking pan (I used a small springform pan with a diameter of 15 cm). Mix the milk, quark and eggs and add a little honey or agave syrup if necessary. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Finally, mix in the oat flakes and stir the whole thing until it is a smooth, liquid dough. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and top with the strawberries. Put the whole thing in the oven with top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes at 200 ° C (medium setting). After the baking time, test with a wooden stick and bake a little more if necessary. Let cool down briefly, remove from the baking pan.
