Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta.
  2. Fry the finely chopped onions in 3 tablespoons of oil, add the finely chopped salami. Simmer the chopped garlic and tomatoes in a saucepan. Mix in the onions and salami. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Mix pasta with sauce in a baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake briefly in the oven until the cheese has melted.
