- 300 g pasta, e.., Riatoni
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 0.5 ½ small salami
- 500 ml tomato (s), chunky
- cheese for gratinating
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- oregano

- Cooking pasta.
- Fry the finely chopped onions in 3 tablespoons of oil, add the finely chopped salami. Simmer the chopped garlic and tomatoes in a saucepan. Mix in the onions and salami. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Mix pasta with sauce in a baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake briefly in the oven until the cheese has melted.
