Instructions

  1. Plums, wash, halve, stone and cut into not too small pieces. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and line a tart or casserole dish with baking paper.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add milk and cream and stir well. Sift in the flour and stir carefully so that there are no lumps.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared form. Spread the plum pieces into the batter.
  4. Carefully place the dessert in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
