Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the milk and eggs in a bowl and let steep for at least 1 hour. I prepare the mass the night before and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a small (square) baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Peel the banana, roughly mash it and mix it into the oatmeal. Season the mixture with cinnamon. Then distribute the mixture in the baking pan up to a height of approx. 2.5 / 3 cm.
  4. Wash the apple thoroughly and cut into small cubes about 0.5 cm. Distribute the apple cubes on the mass and press down lightly.
  5. Wash the grapes and possibly berries (I used 2 strawberries for the porridge in my photo), divide them and spread them over the mass.
  6. Bake the oatmeal on the middle rack for around 20 minutes.
  7. We prefer to eat the baked porridge warm. However, it also tastes good when cooled and can therefore also be easily cut into sticks and taken away.
  8. Optionally, 2 tablespoons of ground nuts also go well with it.
  9. Pears, plums / plums, apricots and cherries also go well with the oatmeal mixture.
