Grease the baking sheet with margarine or butter, wash the potatoes, then cut in half (leave the skin on). Place the smooth side on the bottom with the skin on top, then season the potatoes with all the spices, add fresh rosemary or, if you don`t like them, simply leave them out.
Cook at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes. (depends on the potatoes, never use the thickest)
Tastes great with all meat dishes, grilled dishes or simply with a dip sauce.
