  1. It is advisable to choose a floury boiling potato, as this will later be mashed a little with a cup before baking. A variety that cooks too firmly would only break into solid pieces here. Cook the potatoes completely unpeeled in about 30 minutes as usual.
  2. Meanwhile, the oil can be mixed with the pressed garlic in a small bowl. Finally, season the oil with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pre-cooked potatoes on it. Now each potato has to be mashed a little. Among other things, the bottom of a cup is suitable for this. Do not mash the potatoes completely, just enough so that it looks as if they are blooming.
