Instructions

  1. Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut off the peel (not necessary for Hokkaido, but in this case wash the pumpkin well) and place on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish. Cut the onions into narrow strips and the lemons into eighths and add both to the pumpkin. Remove the peel of the garlic cloves (since I like to eat garlic, I already use 5-6 cloves) and add the whole thing too.
