Clean the outside of the Hokkaido pumpkin, cut into wedges (it does not have to be hollowed out, only the seeds have to be removed) and place on a baking sheet. Mix a paste from the remaining ingredients (just stir together) and spread over the pumpkin wedges.
Bake at approx. 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the pumpkin is potato-soft (fork test).
