Peel the sweet potatoes and then cut them into strips. Wash the strips off and blot with a cloth. The sweet potatoes should remain moistened.
Place the potatoes in a bowl or in a freezer bag. Add the potato flour. Then shake well and don`t add too little paprika powder. Shake the bowl again so that the paprika is well distributed. Now add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and distribute evenly.
Put the sweet potatoes in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. The sweet potatoes should now be crispy and ready to eat.
