Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Rough the sweet potatoes well and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 45-60 minutes - until they are soft.
In the meantime, prepare the salad:
Briefly roast the cumin and coriander in a pan (you can skip this step), let them cool and then grind them in a mortar.
