• 15 flowers (zucchini)
• 100 grams flour

Instructions

1. Wash the flowers and remove the stems. Prepare a batter out of flour, milk, egg, olive oil and salt. Heat plenty of oil in a pan. Pull the zucchini flowers one by one through the batter and fry in the oil.
2. Zucchini flowers are available to order in selected delis and grocery stores, or can be harvested in your own garden.
