- Cut the spring onions into small pieces, halve or quarter the cocktail tomatoes, depending on the size.
- Put both in a bowl and add the mozzarella laminis. Season to taste with herb salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Be sure to use the Mozarellaminis, as the 100 g ball makes the salad mushy. The salad tastes best when it has been able to steep for a few hours.
