Instructions

  1. Heat the oil. Chop the clove of garlic and stew in hot oil with the cocktail tomatoes.
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, bring to the boil and immediately remove from the heat. The tomatoes must not disintegrate.
  3. Warm a delicious accompaniment to poultry and steaks. Enjoy cold as an antipasti with crispy toasted bread.
