Ingredients
- 400 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup

- Heat the oil. Chop the clove of garlic and stew in hot oil with the cocktail tomatoes.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup, bring to the boil and immediately remove from the heat. The tomatoes must not disintegrate.
- Warm a delicious accompaniment to poultry and steaks. Enjoy cold as an antipasti with crispy toasted bread.
