Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper (s), green
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g mozzarella, mini balls
- 1 small onion (s)
- 50 g rocket
- 150 ml tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon spice mixture (Maggi No. 4)
- some salt and pepper
- some basil

- Salad:
- Boil the pasta in salted water, drain the water and let it cool down. Wash, clean and cut the bell pepper and onion into small cubes, quarter the cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls. Pluck the rocket from the stem and wash it thoroughly and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Dressing:
- Mix the pureed tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, vinegar, tomato paste, basil and Maggi and season with salt and pepper. Pour everything over the salad, mix well and let it steep. Season if necessary.
