Italian Pasta Salad Ingredients

  • Pasta – 300-350 Grams
  • Bacon – 150 Grams (raw smoked)
  • Parmesan – 100 Grams
  • Arugula – 100 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 Tbsp. spoons (to taste)

Italian Pasta Salad Instructions

  1. First of all, let’s boil pasta (or in Italian – pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package. The degree of readiness of the pasta is al dente.
  2. We put the finished pasta in a colander, and then transfer it to a salad bowl. Add a spoonful of olive oil, mix. Let it cool.
  3. Rinse and dry the arugula thoroughly. Cut the bacon and parmesan into thin slices.
  4. Put arugula greens on the cooled pasta, add bacon and parmesan.

  5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, olive oil and (to taste) lemon juice to the salad.
  6. Stir the salad, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. And then mix again and serve.
