It is better to cook this salad in the hot season, when you don’t feel like standing at the stove, and eating – on the contrary. A hearty and delicious salad with an original taste and an unusual combination of ingredients is easy to prepare.
First of all, let’s boil pasta (or in Italian – pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package. The degree of readiness of the pasta is al dente.
We put the finished pasta in a colander, and then transfer it to a salad bowl. Add a spoonful of olive oil, mix. Let it cool.
Rinse and dry the arugula thoroughly. Cut the bacon and parmesan into thin slices.
Put arugula greens on the cooled pasta, add bacon and parmesan.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, olive oil and (to taste) lemon juice to the salad.
Stir the salad, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
