- 500 g beefsteak tomato (s)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
- 75 ml water

- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes and place everything in a bowl. For the dressing, put vinegar, oil, water, honey and spices in a shaker and shake vigorously.
- Before you put the dressing on the salad, please pour off the drawn water from the tomatoes. The salad tastes best when it steeps for about 5 - 15 minutes.
