Ingredients
- 5 large tomato (s), cut into small pieces
- 250 g mozzarella, diced
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Basil, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Mix the yogurt with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Then season with basil, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and season to taste. The amount makes a lot of sauce, if you don`t want that, you should only use half.
- Add the tomatoes, mozzarella and the onion to the sauce. Stir everything vigorously again.
- Serve with toast or baguette.
