- 8 large tomato (s)
- 2 packs mozzarella balls with basil (e.g. from Zott) 150 g each
- 1 packet mozzarella, normal
- 2 handfuls basil
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- oregano
- salt
- Pepper from the mill

- Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and then cut them into slices. Quarter the normal-sized mozzarella, leaving the mozzarella balls as they are. Possibly tear the basil leaves a little - depending on your needs. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add the onions and spices. Mix everything carefully.
- Aceto balsamico and olive oil are only added about 30 minutes before serving.
