Ingredients
- 2 bowls tomato (s) (Collina - hill tomatoes)
- 2 scoops mozzarella (15 g each)
- some oregano
- some basil, fresh
- Black pepper, crushed
- Olive oil, very good quality
- some sea salt
- Balsamic

- Divide the hill tomatoes, cut the mozzarella and divide both on 2 plates. Then prepare tasty with the specified ingredients as desired.
- Olive oil: Please do not use retail goods! Pay attention to top oils that you get in wholesale. And please believe me, there are worlds in between compared to what is offered to us in retail.
- Sea salt: Never over-salty, not even with any other dish. Sea salt cannot become too salty like normal salt or iodized salt, even if you take 9 pinches too much, it is not too salty because sea salt has taste.
- Crushed pepper is simply ground pepper, but you can also buy crushed pepper, please never use white pepper with this dish!
- Balsamic vinegar: As already described above, you can only get really good balsamic vinegar in wholesalers. You have to dig a little deeper into your pocket for this, but your palate will be eternally grateful for it.
- Another tip for those who like it a little spicier: Crema di Balsamico con Peperoncino.
