Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce (Sala Rico)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ scoop mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon Balsamico di Modena
  • 2 tablespoon walnut oil
  • sugar
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, fresh, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into fine strips and wash. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut. Cut the mozzarella. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  2. Put the salad on plates or in bowls. Pour the tomatoes and mozzarella on top and then the dressing. Finally sprinkle the pine nuts over it.
