Ingredients
- 500 g noodles (Kritharaki)
- 4 tomato (s)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon basil
- salt and pepper
- garlic
- olive oil

- Boil the kritharaki al dente, drain, rinse and let cool.
- Roughly dice tomatoes and mozzarella. Add dried or fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and round off with a little good olive oil.
- I diced 2 cloves of garlic and added them, but that`s a matter of taste.
- A super fresh tasting summer salad.
