Ingredients
- 500 g noodles, Greek (Kritharaki)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 375 g feta cheese
- 5 sachets mixed herbs for salads
- 1 cup water
- 0.75 ¾ cup oil

- Cook the Kritharaki (Greek noodles) according to the instructions on the package (approx. 10-12 minutes). Then drain, rinse in cold water and let cool down.
- In the meantime, clean the peppers and dice them together with the feta cheese. Mix everything under the pasta.
- Mix the water, the oil and the seasoning mixture for the salad, pour over the pasta, paprika and cheese mixture and stir. Let it steep well until eaten.
- Tip: Can also be prepared the day before, it tastes even better.
