Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 3 spring onions or spring onions
  • 1 packet spices for salad (garden herbs)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the spice mixture with the water, olive oil and vegetable oil.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and spring onions, cut into small pieces and place in the bowl. Drain the mozzarella, cut it into small pieces and add to the bowl. Mix everything together and let it steep for approx. 10 minutes until eaten.
