Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato (s)
- 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
- 4 mozzarella
- 3 basil (frozen)
- 3 onion (s), diced
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 10 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- sugar
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Herbs your choice

- Cook the noodles al dente.
- In the meantime, prepare a vinaigrette from oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the diced onions and let them steep for at least an hour (this removes the heat).
- Clean the tomatoes, removing the insides and chopping them up. Dice the mozzarella as well.
- Mix all ingredients together and serve the salad.
