Ingredients
- 700 g pasta (ideally spirals)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 packet mozzarella
- 3 large tomato (s)
- salt

- Boil the pasta in salted water until firm to the bite, drain and keep warm, ideally place the sieve in which the pasta was drained on the pot with a little water and place it on the hot plate.
- Cut the tomatoes into small eighths and pluck the mozzarella into very small, wafer-thin shreds.
- Now pour everything with the oil into a preheated bowl, stir well and serve immediately.
- The amount of mozzarella, tomatoes and oil is variable, it can be more or less according to taste.
- Can also be eaten cold as a salad.
