Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 handfuls mozzarella
- 4 tablespoon parmesan
- 250 g ribbon noodles

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
- Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions. When they are golden yellow, add the finely chopped garlic. Let fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the tomato pieces, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir in tomato paste, simmer.
- When the pasta is done, chop the basil and fold in. Add the pasta and mozzarella and mix everything.
- Place on a plate and serve with parmesan and 2 fresh basil leaves.
