- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- some basil leaves
- 500 g pasta your choice (e.. Farfalle, spahetti)
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. In the meantime, wash and dice the tomatoes and dice the mozzarella as well. Peel the garlic and chop in to fine slithers. Wash the basil and pluck it into small pieces.
- Drain and drain the pasta. Now put everything together in a large bowl, mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
