Ingredients
- 10 small cherry tomato (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Herbs, Italian
- 0.5 ½ scoop mozzarella
- 1 handful basil
- 80 g pasta your choice

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then pour off through a sieve.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onion. Cut both into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent. Then add the tomatoes and let it boil down a little. Season to taste with tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar and Italian herbs. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it has the desired consistency. If it becomes too thick, add some of the pasta water.
- While the sauce is boiling down, cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Wash the basil and cut into small pieces.
- To serve, mix the cooked pasta with the hot tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. After a few seconds, the mozzarella will melt.
