Ingredients
- 4 large tomato (s) or 1 large bunch cocktail tomatoes
- 1 packet mozzarella
- 1 pack ready mix for salad dressing (balsamic herbs)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil) can be omitted

- Cut the tomatoes into slices or halves and place on a large plate. Likewise the mozzarella.
- Mix the finished mixture, the oil and the walnut oil in a cup. Pour over the tomatoes and serve.
