Boil the pasta in salted water until firm to the bite, drain and keep warm, ideally place the sieve in which the pasta was drained on the pot with a little water and place it on the hot plate.
Cut the tomatoes into small eighths and pluck the mozzarella into very small, wafer-thin shreds.
Now pour everything with the oil into a preheated bowl, stir well and serve immediately.
The amount of mozzarella, tomatoes and oil is variable, it can be more or less according to taste.
