Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until firm to the bite, drain and keep warm, ideally place the sieve in which the pasta was drained on the pot with a little water and place it on the hot plate.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small eighths and pluck the mozzarella into very small, wafer-thin shreds.
  3. Now pour everything with the oil into a preheated bowl, stir well and serve immediately.
  4. The amount of mozzarella, tomatoes and oil is variable, it can be more or less according to taste.
  5. Can also be eaten cold as a salad.
